The practical side of working together, set out plainly so you know where you stand before you book.
You can see my current fees on the Fees & Booking page. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email, and I will send you payment details along with it. Payment is due before your session begins. For a package, the full price is due before the first session.
The Homeopathy package, a first consultation and two follow-ups, and the Hakomi Therapy package of four sessions are offered at a lower price when booked together.
If you decide to stop partway through, I will charge the sessions you have already had at the single-session rate and refund the rest. For example, if you stop after a first Homeopathy consultation, I keep £75 and refund £65.
If you need to cancel or move a session, please let me know at least 24 hours beforehand, and I will happily find another time. With less notice, I may charge the full fee for that session, although I understand that illness and emergencies happen, and I will always take that into account.
If I need to cancel, I will offer you another time or a full refund for that session.
When you book online, the law gives you 14 days to change your mind without giving a reason.
If you would like your first session to take place within those 14 days, please tell me when you book. If you then cancel, you only pay for any sessions already given. If you do not ask for an earlier start, I will arrange your first session after the 14 days.
Homeopathy and Hakomi Therapy are complementary approaches. I am not a medical doctor, I do not diagnose, and my work is not a substitute for the care of your GP or other health professionals. Please do not stop or change any prescribed medication unless the person who prescribed it advises you to.
I cannot promise any particular result.
Please tell me about any medication you take and any medical care you are receiving, and let me know if anything changes. For online sessions, please join from a quiet, private space.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.
