Listening to the wisdom of the body, mind and emotions.
Through Homeopathy and Hakomi Therapy, I offer a gentle, individualised approach to Healing.
Perhaps you are carrying something in your body that has persisted for years. Perhaps you are going through a stretch of life that has left you depleted or stressed, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Perhaps it is grief, or a weariness that rest does not seem to touch. Or perhaps there is simply a sense that something is not quite feeling like you. Or you would like to explore something deeper.
Whatever it is that has brought you here, everything is welcome. A consultation offers the time and attention to explore your unique experience.
Gentle, individualised medicine that listens to the language of your symptoms.
More about HomeopathyA mindful, body-centred approach to understanding the patterns that shape your life.
More about Hakomi TherapyBecause Healing is about more than treating symptoms. It is about finding your way back to yourself.
My own experiences of imbalance awakened a deep curiosity about what it means to truly heal. This curiosity led me through many Healing traditions and approaches, always searching for a deeper understanding of the relationship between the body, mind, emotions and the uniqueness of each individual.
Along the way, I found my home in Homeopathy and Hakomi Therapy, two approaches that share a profound respect for listening deeply, understanding the patterns that shape us, and supporting each person’s unique path towards Healing.
I remain a devoted student of the art of Healing, continually inspired by the wisdom of nature, the human experience and the people who entrust me with their stories.
What if this isn’t the right person, or the right approach? What if I don’t feel comfortable enough?
We can never know for certain whether a person is the right fit. In my experience there is usually a quiet nudge, an invitation to try. I might be that person for you, or not.
There is no rush. If you would like to ask something first, write to me. If you would rather begin, you can see which times are available, and feel welcome to book a session.
